COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric L90G00HCHF8FH6PLXXNXXSXXUXXW7D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Relay-Dresser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hi-g parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Euchner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Relay-Dresser such as the 60177 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2SLP2394 manufactured by Hi-g and we are pleased to be able to service most Hi-g systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NZ1VZ2131EM by Manufacturer Euchner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC3600KRST1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Guardian such as A41016117101 equipment made by Guardian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Guardian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Guardian" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KL40C25AXKH08050KSC1 made by Kyotto as well as the popular 48097700322 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4DP7APX0D31 by Honeywell and A41016117101 spares by Guardian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RTA4LR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
